Just think of the world famous Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese and Indonesian cuisines. We don't have to look far to explain the unique and varied cuisine of The Philippines. The country consists of more than 7000 islands, each with its own story, history and cuisine. That's why the Filipino cuisine is the product of a melting pot.
